Kernel has an honored tradition of offering all-inclusive fermentation-oriented OEM/ODM solutions tailored to customers’’ needs, including strain screening, media optimization, fermentation metabolism research, mid-trial, SOP design and improvement. Kernel’’s main production facilities include a multi-specification 40m3 stainless-steel fermenters, centrifuges, frame filtration, iron exchange columns, membrane filtration, spray dry towers and vacuum dryers. All parameters are monitored real-time online. Based on API system, 16s RNA, persuasive chemical-assay and bio-assay capacity center has also been established, enabling Kernel to skillfully complete customized tasks on a multitude of products such as Bacillus, actinomyces and Escherichia coli engineering bacteria.
